North Dakota的要求

North Dakota requires infant and pediatric CPR, AED and pediatric first aid through a department-approved program for all staff responsible for caring for or teaching children, under NDAC 75-03-09 and 75-03-10. Certification must be in place before any unsupervised access to children, with a 90-day window for new staff and a two-year renewal cycle, overseen by the Department of Health and Human Services, Early Childhood Services. Keeping approved, current certification on file is part of staying licensed.

Under NDAC 75-03-09 and 75-03-10, medications must be stored in an area inaccessible to children, with refrigerated medications kept in a spillproof container, and may be given only with the parent's written authorization on file. The rules do not lay out an epinephrine protocol, so best practice is to keep a child's prescribed autoinjector immediately reachable, paired with an individual allergy action plan and staff trained to recognize anaphylaxis and act quickly.
